Overview:

Here at Active Oversight, we want to reduce the ad hoc nature of the work that's being done and help you clearly outline the requirements of a job. So we built out a brand new report that allows you to do just that! As of today, users with reporting access will now be able to take advantage of our Beta feature "Project Analysis." This feature gives you a detailed view of the work that was completed across similar projects to provide additional insights for you and your team.

We are also excited to bring you Forms! See below for all of the exciting new features delivered in this release.  Oh, and if you need more information, make sure to check out our help documents linked below! 

What's New: 

• Project Analysis Report: Users with access to reporting will now be able to get a clear overview of similar projects from the Project Analysis tab. In order to make the most out of this report, your Project needs to be associated with a Template. View our help document to learn more!
• Forms: Are you tired of downloading a form from your Project, filling it out and then uploading it? No need to do that anymore. Introducing Forms! Easily create Forms in your Tasks and fill them out from anywhere! Want to know more? Check out our help documents:

  • How to Complete and Submit a Form
    
• Project Level Reference Documents:  We now support Project Template Documents. We consider these standards that help your team know exactly what they need at a higher level. Visit a non-published Project Template in order to get started!
