Complex Requirements

A standard closeout package in the wireless industry does not exist today. Each client, known as a carrier, has their own way of doing things and requires its vendors to submit their closeouts in a specified format. Depending on the complexity of the Project, these closeouts can take up to a week or more to compile and submit. Carriers require the submittal of this information before issuing payment, which means that the longer it takes to gather the necessary inputs and organize them into a closeout package, the longer it takes to get paid.
